Welcome to the official website for the Lakewood Ridge Homeowner Association. This site contains lots of useful information about our community for both community members and non-residents. If you are a resident of the Lakewood Ridge community, please click the "Request membership access" link to the right to request access to the private side of our community site.  (Remember to enter your address in the notes area to confirm your residency.)  There, you will find all our community content and have an opportunity to communicate and collaborate with other community members. If you lost your credentials, please use the 'forgot' links when logging in.

 
The Lakewood Ridge association is a community of 481 single family homes located in north Bolingbrook along Boughton Rd. We are an active and family oriented community with a lot to offer its residents. We are located within the Valley View 365U school district and have access to lots of convenient shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

 
The Lakewood Ridge Homeowner Association is professionally managed by Foster Premier.  Residents may make requests, such as Architectural Improvements, by completing the appropriate applications provided on the private side of this community website.  Please login to access all of the forms.  All requests will be forwarded to Foster Premier and the association's Review Committee.  Contact info for Foster Premier is provided below.
